Computer Time Wrong ?

I was out yesterday and the laptop was off and the battery removed as I thought it was overheating. Now it is back on but the time is showing as 26/08/2013 17.45 , how do I get it back to the correct time?

I click on the time on my laptop and a clock and date appear on screen. I can then adjust to the current date and time. Hope this works for you Eddie xx

Right click on the time display and one of the available options, probably Properties, will allow you to adjust it and have it sync to the time on the internet, if you want.

Put your cursor on the clock, right click and the option to change the date and time should come up.
