Waking Middle Of The Night Seeing Things?

Has this ever happened to you?

What is it? I keep waking mr tinks up! I was squealing thought the ceiling was falling in like snow then starting to really cave in!!

Then next night was a humungous spider with two really long legs up in the corner engulfing me!

Then it was a sea of midgies i was waving whacking them away woke him up again

Last night was a big sphere? A big spiral landing on my head!! I screamed what the F is that & shoved my head under the covers! He said theres NOTHING there!!

Feel a bit bad for waking him up alot but i cant help it!! X

Yeah JNO i do get hot i sleep with little to nothing on!!

I used to take kalms DJ mabye ill try them again!! One of the sideffects of a tablet i take at night is supposed to be a sedative! Is it heck! I still wake up! Grr!

I know that some tablets that are supposed to be sedative that are taken too near bed time can actually cause nightmares. I've noticed for me that beta blockers give me night mares and also my antidepressant would as well. I take the ad in the morning now and all is sorted.

Oh dear i really couldnt go to bed without a beta blocker or id take a panic!! Ive been taking the same beta for ages now & this is new!

Its a hayfever tablet i was pleased it had a sedative effect actually - tempted to take two! (You are able to take 50mg- i have 25mg tabs) x

google sleep paralysis. i used to get it all the time in my teens when i wasnt getting enough sleep. i saw giant ladybirds, spiders, men with knives and even an octopus breaking through the wall
