Querying Gcse Results
7 Answers
Hi, we returned from holiday last week and would like to query one of my sons GCSE results (a critical one for A level course). The results sheet advises that queries have to be made before 31 August through the school. However, the school is not answering the telephone or emails and there is no one on site. I am told that each school has an exams officer, but I am at a loss on how to make contact. Should I contact the exam board?

But there is no-one around at the school this week and telephone calls and emails just result in a message saying that the school is closed until middle of next week. The school website mentions nothing either about obtaining/querying exam results- in fact it hasn't been updated for 3 months. So I hope your son's school has made better arrangements.
