The question is from Richard's MacMillan Cancer Support food quiz, found in the August round-up. It's a great quiz and well worth getting a copy. I've been working on it for ages, it's addictive.

Yes, Roo Power. I LOVE and do all of Richard's puzzles but wouldn't ask for any answers till the week before it's due in because he works SO hard on them!! Anyway, you are right about them being addictive. Since this one came out on Sunday I have done NOTHING but the quiz. I've finished it now, thank goodness, so I can go back to eating and sleeping and doing some jobs!

Was looking after my grandson today and he just would not have a nap so I couldn't do much. ( I do love my grandson to bits) I have about eight left so am getting there slowly!
