Are We Geting Screwed Over By Business?

In the past 3 Years i have made sucessful claims for mis selling from an insurance company for an endowment policy that didnt fit my need for which i got a sizeable refund. A missold car insurance policy from swinton for which i got a small £40 refund and now it seems i was swindled by CCP for credit card insurance which was already covered by my credit card provider for which i have been ibnvited to make a claim on.
I get the impression that every company is out to screw you for anything they think they can get away with (or thought they could).

Any other ABers had multiple claims for missold products?

Of course we're getting screwed that's how they keep in business, it's the gullible who keep them there. Check on everything before you sign up and then some. That's life today, if we fall for it, more fool us in most cases.
