Economy 7

My flat has night storage heaters. The heaters are served by an electronic meter which automatically switches to Economy 7 at night. My question is, is it only the heaters which can be run on E7? I was hoping to reduce my electric bills by running the tumble drier etc only in the early hours of the morning but do they run on a different circuit to the heaters? There is only one (electronic) meter serving the whole flat

I have economy 7 as well and if you want to save money use ure washing machine etc at night before it switches to dearer rate usally about 7.30am or 8.30am in the summer
