John Kerry . Syrup ?

Every time I see John Kerry US Secretary of state or whatever he is , I wonder if he wears a syrup.

Not just him so many US male politicians seem to have a full head of hair despite being in their late 50s/60s . Hardly a baldie in the lot of them.
