Cutting Phone Bill

Just curious. Do orange have a policy where you can reduce your phone bill and cut mins and data allowance etc, after you have taken the contract out?

No, they told me I could increase a tariff during the contract but not reduce it. Always worth an ask along with a sob story, you never know.
