Not only too obvious but wrong! Multiplication comes before addition so 1+2+3x4 = 15 not 24. So the obvious answer is 22 BUT this will not be the answer either as this is one of those phone-in quizzes where every answer is wrong and the conmen running the quiz will, after enough mugs have rung in, give an answer without explanation and which defies logic!
