The 24C shown in that link isn't the current temperature.

The German Met Office reported the temperature as 19.9 C at Tegel Airport , 19.1C at Teplelhof and 17.2C at at Dahlem about half an hour ago, with low cloud and easterly winds at 14km/h. Unfortunately the humidity was not reported:
