Brush your teeth and tongue very well. Visit dentist regular and dont eat garlic or onions etc.if bad after you have done all this see your gp maybe you have throat infection or something. one woman at work has it bad, do you tell them it smells like they been licking horses ass?!?!

Regular dental check-ups to have placque removed. Brushing your teeth after every meal and also using dental floss and a daily mouthwash.

I won't recommend avoiding garlic, onions and curry as some the pleasure of enjoying food would be lost so just concentrate on a high level of mouth hygiene.

Also, drink plenty of water. A lot of bad breath smells dont strt at the teeth but down in the stomach and work their way up as we breath. By keeping the stomach flushed you can eliminate rotton food smells. Ok, now im going to go and drink a glass of water - just in case!! lol
Floss your teeth daily cos even effective brushing 2 or 3 times a day won't remove all of the plaque and food particles. I know this sounds disgusting but if you smell the floss after using it you will be shocked!! Happy flossing! X
Do Not inhale!!
