Whats that flashing object in the Southern sky

From 9pm I can see an object in the southern sky that flashes red and green. Its not an aircraft as it hardly moves. I always thought it was some kind of satellite does anyone know what it is? Oh btw it's at 10 o'clock if you say 12 o'clock is straight up

Where's Waldo?

Most satellites are white in colour as they are not painted and don't have lights on, its most likely a bright star/planet thats being affected by the atmosphere to create the colours
