but people rarely go there. So can anyone recommend a good washing powder from Aldi. I usually buy Daz but of late have bought more and more from Aldi. Do they do a good/decent washing powder?

Yes, their Almat Stain-Lift Bio is a Which? Best Buy ....at about a third the price per wash as the big brands...and just as good.

Aldi's Almat with stain lift Gel the bio one with the green cap. I agree its less than half the price of well known brands and just as good, have converted my friends too.
Lidl brand not as good though.
Don't like either's fabric conditioners though
