Ebay, Sold Items

Hello AB

I've just been looking at my ebay and noticed that in my sold items section a note has appeared under some items i've already sold saying;

'eBay note: Payment hasn't been recorded. Unpaid Item Assistant will file a case for this transaction based on your settings.'

I don't know why this note has appeared as I have received payment for these items and i've already sent and left feedback for said items. anybody know if this is a fault with ebay?

Contact ebay and ask them why this note has appeared. Hasnt happened to me ....... yet.

you may have done the feedback, but have you clicked on the 'payment recieved' column?

DJ I have never clicked on payment received. I have clicked on item dispatched.

oh yes it's the buyer that has to click payment sent, that's why it's still coming up as unpaid

When I buy things on ebay the only thing I do is pay via paypal. I dont do anything else. Click on the link to paypal, thats all.
