Ask your employer about it, they may have a scheme set up already and many will pay for you to do it. If not, try ringing your local college and asking them.

Derekpara is right. Even in these days of texting, punctuation is important. I am trained as an NVQ examiner and I am bitterly disappointed at the numbers of young people who are unable to parse their own language.

If you expect to further your career in a business environment (and that's why most people undertake NVQ's, after all) then you must sort out your written English.
