I'm an avid fan of EFT and wondered if anyone else has tried this technique? Thank you.

Back in 2007 I watched a programme on different alternative therapies hosted by Jeremy Kyle. A few volunteers who were suffering from phobias, depression etc all had to stay in this house for a few days. Each individual was allocated a personal therapist which specialised in various alternative treatments eg Cognitive Therapy, Hypnosis and EFT. It was a young single mum who had a terrible fear of dying brought about by a trauma she experienced. First she was taken to a Harley Street Heart Specialist to rule out anything physical and after all the tests came back clear she was then administered EFT. After her EFT session Jeremy Kyle and the television crew decided to take her to Thorpe Park. She went on three White Knuckle rides (something she would never do because of her fear) The results were truly amazing, she felt liberated and free. It was later revealed at the end of the series that the other volunteers had sessions of EFT with amazing results :)
If we go all the way back, we can say that the original concepts about the body’s energy systems were discovered by Asian Healers more than 5,000 years ago! Next, we know that Albert Einstein explained back in the 1920’s that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy.
Dr. Roger Callahan took those concepts and developed Thought Field Therapy more than 20 years ago. He used complex combinations of acupressure points called algorithms and extensive muscle testing to heal emotional and physical problems.
Finally, along came Gary Craig, an engineer who studied under Dr. Callahan and developed a much more “user-friendly” system for energy healing that he named EFT, or Emotional Healing Techniques.
