Defrag Laptop

i have never defrag my laptop, when i went to do it up came isscriptmsi needs updating for microsoft XP how do i do this?

You should be thinking about upgrading to Windows 7 and sooner the better as Windows 7 computers are getting very hard to come by now as XP finishes next year in April.
