Listening to the reports of the sad floods in Colorado where conditions must be awful, the police chief or chief of the National Guard was speaking " we have no power, no water, no septic, no sewers ................................. so we have our hands full!" Not quite what he meant, but it made me smile at the image it conjured up!"

In Texas or the state known as "The Swamp", the broon waters would be also rife with lots of nice snakeys and other mobile handbags that can grow up to 16 feet long, just to add to the problem of all the other nasties floating around.
