Cooker Keeps Tripping

I have tried to use my oven and hob today (they are built in) and it keeps tripping the switch in the fuse cupboard!

Any ideas?

First of all could you give details of the switch that keeps tripping.

Switch on one at a time and see which one is tripping the breaker
