Paypal Payments

I do a lot of postage through Paypal and with each transaction need to print off a proof of postage certificate. The problem is, the postage label is printed in landscape format and the certificate in portrait so I have to do each one separately which doubles the time it takes. Is there a way to get the certificate to print in landscape so it can all be done together? As is stands, landscape printing only prints the middle of the document, cutting both sides off
