Can I Block My Pay And Go Sim Card

I've lost my crappy little spare phone with a virgin media sim inside its only on pay as you go but i still don't want someone using my credit or number, can i block/bar the sim? Or do they only do that to the phone

You've lost it anyway, why bother, anyway why not send it a text message aking the finder to hand it in.

Of course you can.

Ring them up, and they should send you a replacement Sim with the same number.

Tescomobile did for me when I dropped my phone down a portaloo.

SIMs are easy to block. Happens every time you request a replacement SIM since one can not have 2 with the same number on the network at the same time.
