Cannot Open Messages

In my EDF Energy account I have messages that I cannot open. Which is the best d/load to enable these messages to be read?

I'm on EDF and the messages open fine in the Chrome browser. Could it be your pop up blocker?

What happens when you try to open then? They should be readable on the EDF page.

blank page comes up with a smaller window with Adobo in left top corner and go in bottom left corner otherwise blank.
