Adobe 11

Trying to download Adobe 11. Instructions tell me to close Internet Explorer, in order to continue, which would close my computer down. Have tried restarting computer, but then Adobe has disappeared.

Closing internet explorer should not close your computer.

Just use the option in the menus to exit it, or click on the cross to close it

Closing Internet Explorer does not close your computer down.

Just click on the x (cross) in the top right of your internet explorer window and it will shut the browser down but not the computer.

p.s. Adobe is the name of a COMPANY who make lots of products so there is not such thing as Adobe 11.

Do you mean Adobe Flash or Adobe Shockwave or Adobe Reader?

I notice you have put this in the Media and TV section.

Note there is a Technology section, and within that a Computer section and an Internet section.
