Thanks very much , i am trying to do a power point but this bloody laptop drives me mad !!! ( macbook pro ) the power point as frozen!!! cheer will have a look.

Powerpoint Presentations can be a good way of augmenting a presentation, but the last thing you want to do is have your audience just read your presentation while you speak. You need them to be listening to you rather than looking at a screen.
10 minutes is not very long for a presentation, and some hand held cue/prompt-cards, may be a better way of keeping your eye on your audience to assess how receptive your audience is being, and allow you to vary your presentation dependant on that, rather than have to follow a particular path dictated by a Powerpoint sequence. I'd also suggest that having "written" your presentation, you practice it in front of a mirror, and time it! The last thing you want to do is exceed any allotted time. Technology can fail, but cue/prompt cards are easily slipped into a pocket!
