Wi Fi Abroad?

We are going abroad next week and wondered if anyone knew of a finder that we could access?? I am sure some years ago there was some software that would tell you where the wi fi spots were?? Any help wold be great thanks!!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Your laptop will show a list of available WiFi when you turn on , mine has an icon on the bottom right click on it and then on 'connect to a network' it then shows which networks are available. However most of them will have a password needed to connect. Most large Hotels in Europe have WiFi but you will probably have to pay.
