Odd Moments

do you get them, you see something odd, strange, even funny and think what on earth is going on.
spotted a black guy yesterday outside a shopping mall, dressed in what looked like a Nazi uniform, holding a number of St George Flags, waving them up and down like semaphore, odd moment of my day amongst many. I mentioned his colour before someone jumps up and down because had it been a white bloke he could have been someone from the BNP, or perhaps he was, very strange, surreal moment.

had it been a ginger bloke it would probably have been Prince Harry en route to a fancy dress party.

or Ed Balls, who did same, he was too short and too thick set to have been Harry, but definitely the build for bruiser balls.

I was walking home one evening after work and I saw a chap walking ahead of my in a white hospital gown and DMs and nothing else. He was holding the back of the gown together with his hand and just carried on walking.

And a couple of weeks ago I was walking past our local squirrel park and saw a squirrel running across the road closely followed by a ginger cat. Luckily the squirrel darted up a tree. Not really odd but I found it quite amusing.

And several years ago I saw a couple walking along with a cat on a lead!

I remember walking to work one day in about 1973 and a giant whale went passed on the back of a huge lorry

a chap i saw a few months ago was walking down high street in pyjamas
the old fashioned type, like brushed nylon plus cosy slippers, too odd

was the whale in some sort of water tank, or was it bound for a museum i.e stuffed...
