Network Viewer

For years now while on Windows XP I have been able to zoom-in on my mate 's bar in Tenerife by using a network viewer. To download I used yahoo.co.uk / clicked on Norbain SD DM Network Viewer v 2.2 (002) / signed agreement / opened the 3.7Mb zip (not extract) and by entering the appropriate password I was able to view via 4 cams. Now I am on Windows 8 I get right to the end of download and am told the programme is not allowed on my PC. Any ideas guys please?... Tel
