If a postal address is designated Freepost, would a letter (or whatever) sent to that address take longer to arrive than a first class stamp? Ta Muchly.
Many Thanks to You Both - answers my question clearly, even though the postage must be third class, going by the time it's taking to receive summat back, but then that's my moan over and mustn't detract from the Thanks!
As the others have said the recipient pays, Woodelf.....and the letter will take longer to arrive than a first class stamp because of the extra handling by Royal Mail.
