nope, you signed to aq network contract, not a phone one....as such teh free phone is a courtasy service, a sweetener if you like...
I think it depends on the nature of the fault.
Did it always do it (in which case it is a design defect) or does this phone develop a fault (in that at some future point it starts functioning in a different way to when new).
by any chance does it crackle like mad when you're on a call and freeze randomly? my husband has the same phone, its a pile of donkey plop! he's sending his back this week funnily enough
just for clarification......and 100% unambiguity

a donkey you say....

just so i know
How does one know it's donkey and not just a small horse?
exactly my point....please clear this up for us...

I had the problem from when the pnone was new, even the 3 service guys have told me its the phone and they cannot fix it .
snap! my boss has the same phone as well come to think of it and he's whinged about it since the day he got his but too its permanently glued to his ear!!

eyebrows and bm, its just a turn of phrase!! besides, donkey is a funnier word than horse :)
There's some stuff here about other people who have got trouble with this phone. Maybe both of you can scan this lot and see if it helps to tell you what to do with it. Or post your own enquiry, perhaps.
