Don't you just love it when you get a nice bit of molten steel spatter jump over your welding mask and eat through your hair. The smell is also not very nice. I'm going to have to shave my head now.

Ouch, sounds painful. Most of my burns these days come from cooking but I would imagine them to be quite mild compared to welding accidents.

Will you really have to shave your head? Maybe you could do a combover , that's always a good look : p

Or when your burning, and spatter goes down your ear and sizzles.
Or soldering overhead and flux drops on your glove and you cant get the glove off quick enough.
