I missed a couple of episodes, who are all the new people and how are they related to Pat ???

Carly who is Dino's sister has come home from Cyprus where she lives with her husband after a row. Kevin, Pats brother ( Dino's dad who is supposed to be dead) has arrived to sort out his daughter's marraige. He has asked her husband and his family around to Pats' for a chat to try and sort things out but all hell breaks loose.

No, no, no, you've got it all backwards;

Pat was married to Brian Wicks (many moons ago), the new family (Kevin, Deano and Carly Wicks) are Brian's brother's children, Kevin is her nephew, and Deano & Carly are her Great nephew and niece.

Is it just me or does anyone else think they seem a boring shower,especially Kevin who is particularly wooden!

Yep I cannnot stand them, Kevin cant act and how over the top fighting in Pats front room last night.

The fighting was too OTT but that whole episode had me in stitches! Typical interfering parents taking their child's side (how very Romeo and Juliet!).

Did you notice Pat in the background when Ian was getting in the taxi - like a beached whale!! Where did she get that coat? She's been wearing it for ages now. So funny though, the look on her face was classic even though she was supposed to be upset about Kaffy! Best laff I've had in ages.Everyone's so miserable at the moment in the Square.Same in Corrie too. I'm missing Kat and Alfie!

I was amused to look at that link and find that it does not show a picture of Brian Wicks (Pat's second husband, who is uncle of Kevin). He appeared briefly in a few episodes in the late 1980s, but the same actor was used years later to play Jeff (Pauline's friend). Perhaps they don't want us to notice that it was the same actor?
