Which Is The Best Microbiotic Drink To Give A Dog?

My Staffy x quite often gets "squeeky belly" as we call it. Doesn't often end with the runs, and when I have taken her to the vets in the past, he has given her probiotic tablets to use when necessary. I was wondering if a daily dose of one of the human drinks might help. Any ideas?

Never seen an microbiotic drink for dogs, but one of these yumega tablets each day should sort him out.
