Booldawg - The Warriors 1979 is a thin veiled re-make of an auncient Greek book called Anabasis - the coming out of - Zenophon.

The final part when they reach seaside is to run down the hill shouting Thalatta ! Thalatta ! The Sea the Sea. - that is why the final scene is rather odd, when the Warriors strike Coney Island and then murmur -
the sea - we feel better when we feel the sea.

Zenophon wouldnt say - who are those tw+ts ? - He wasnt like that - er didnt have a wife if you see what I mean. [ Greek sudduv ]
