Book A Ride In A Scania Truck?
my little boy just loves these! Is it possible l have a ride in One? He plays the virtual game and 'drives' all over the world! I Would love to treat him for Christmas but don't know how to find out if it's possible, .

Having been a 'trade plater' (trying to hitch lifts every day for 2½ years) I know that many (most?) haulage companies have insurance policies that prohibit anyone except company employees from being carried in the cabs of their trucks (and I'm eternally grateful to the countless truckers who risked their jobs, so that I didn't have to sleep in a ditch, by breaking their company's rules).
However your best route might still be to identify a local haulage company that operates Scania trucks and to submit a polite request (possibly offering a contribution to their favourite charity).
