Hi, Anyone know where I can buy ascorbic acid, most of the methods for freezing pears and peaches say I need ascorbic acid, have tried Holland and Barrett but no success. Thanks all

Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C.

I have found it online at Tesco. It says you can only buy it online apparently.
