Does Anyone Know The Name Of This Tv Show

We have been racking our brains but can't remember the name of this show. We do remember the first episode though. A husband and wife investigative team were spying on a group who were torturing a guy who was tied up in a room in a country house. The woman managed to film or photograph the scene then raced outside and just managed to transmit the photo before she was caught.
Does anyone remember the show?
