The law of diminishing marginal returns means yes - you are more likely to get an answer if you ask a question 10 times than if you ask it once - but negative marginal returns mean that you are then less likely to get an answer if you ask it 13000000 times than if you ask it 10 times. But the probability of getting an answer will always be more than if you ask it once, unless you are lynched by a mob of irate AB people who are fed up with the question on the 12999999th time.
