Are you maybe sitting in a queue of traffic and sucking in the fumes from the car in front? Switch off the blower fan to solve the problem.
If it's not from stationary traffic it may be your pollen filers need changing that was the problem I had with my Mazda
It might help checking ur manifold and front half of the exaust.A small hole in it can also cause the fumes to be sucked in by the fan.Thats why you smell it more when you are standing still,it rises up into the fan. When you are moving the fumes get blown away.
