Deperately Need Ideas For Dinner

Rocky, I have to confess that many of my ideas for dinner tonight reflect a very badly managed freezer!

I really do need to get it emptied as there are things I cannot identify and fear I might repeat the mistake where I defrosted a bag of ragu and a bag of chilli and ended up having to pick kidney beans out of my 'lightly spiced' spaghetti bol!

Lambs liver, bacon, onion, new potatoes, cabbage , mashed potatoes, sweet corn and thick gravy.

Down to the chippy for me . Double Cod and Chips with lashing of salt & vinegar. And a tub of mushy peas .

I have found a very small piece of beef fillet in the freezer.

I am now planning an American Deli style sandwich. Rare roast beef, blue cheese, dill pickle and mustard with a lettuce leaf for one of my five a day ;-)

Happily, one of my pals has suggested we go out for wine and a curry.
