We were in a Majorca hotel where one guest demanded the next flight home as there was no HP sauce in the dining room. I could not believe my ears. The rep told here to go to the shop and buy a bottle as it was freely available in Spain. Why should I she said, we are all inclusive and we are in Majorca not Spain. The best laugh I had all holiday.

I've had complaints like that and many many more when I worked for a holiday company in their complaints department.

We once had a daughter come into the office at the care home complaining there was hair in her dad's razor. We spoke to the staff. A few days later, she stormed back into the office complaining that her dad obviously hadn't been shaved because the razor was clean. Sometimes,you just can't win.:-)
