I can speak my mind, maybe a little too much at times. I wasn't always like that though, I used to stay quiet a lot of the times to avoid confrontation but the more I kept quiet the more i got walked over. Now I speak up, if the other person doesn't like it they should learn to respect my boundaries and treat me with respect.

One of the things I loved most about living in Sheffield (for 20 years)was that most people there weren't afraid to speak their minds (irrespective of whom they might offend). I fitted in well!

I can indeed. I have an ex who later admitted to me that he likes how I will say what's on my mind I won't hold back and I don't care what people think - it's true I rarely hold back.

Depends really, if I feel passionate enough about something then I will speak my mind and not worry about offending, the trouble is I rarely get riled up enough to bother these days, plus some people find offence where there is none intended.

I can if I think it is warranted or if I want to be mean but can also keep quiet to keep the peace.
