Download Photos From Memory Card

This device can't be activated when UAC is disabled F:\

Tonight I'm getting this message when I insert my memory card. I have always downloaded pictures this way.

Anyone know what this is or how to download as usual please.

I've no idea how the User Account Control could have become disabled on your computer but these instructions might help:

For Windows Vista:
