can anyone recommend a good cook book or any recipe ideas without the calorie, fat, salt info. I have been looking around for some healthy meal ideas and just want to know what and how to make them, as long as its healthy I don't care about the specifics (if it requires 10oz of butter then I know to give it a miss). I am a veggie that doesnt eat fish or poultry but i do have milk, eggs and lots of cheese. Thanks in advance.

Should be something to try at those.
Don't forget the ideal veggie also shops seasonally to get the freshest produce, so miss the supermarket and go to your local farmers' market, farm shop and use a home delivery scheme as well and they will supply whatver is in season direct. And they all tend to be cheaper as well so you will save money too.
actually i am from liverpool so should be able to manage the scouse (although i am a terrible cook so may take a few attempts). will definately have a look at the other.. thanks for the suggestion - for the past 11 years i have been living off cheese so thought it was about time i learnt how to cook something good for me for a change. thanks again.
