thank you boxtops I will ring them tomorrow and moan like hell to them. I have been waiting since the beginning of the month for a computer cable from them from Poland it comes of all places! and it has failed to arrive so far despite my paying them £33.80 will give them a rocket Monday morning

I would have more chance of finding Lord Lucan. the number is not recognises and BT won't /can't help because it is not a BT number :(
