Problems logging out of AB.

To AB Ed or anyone else who has this problem. When I click on Log-out, I get the window saying I've been successfully logged out, but when the page refreshes, the welcome back message is still there. I know there's an automatic cut off, but I'm just wondering why logging out doesn't always work.

Cookies, Elle; AB puts a cookie on your pc with your current status details in it; it's called 'theanswerbank' something or other '.txt' if you delete that, your status will clear.
