There are shedloads of programmes all over the airwaves these days - I've found brilliant progs on Quest, and Yesterday, that have passed me by until recently!
I used to love Afterlife when it was first shown and I've watched some of the repeats if I've had time, great programme.
Afterlife was I think Andrew Lincoln's last TV show before Walking Dead, he did Love Actually after that and then cracked the US, he's never looked back since.
I've got the lot of Wire in the Blood on dvd - and I've read all the books.
My daughter was an extra in a couple of episodes of Wire in the Blood.
I always loved the WITB books, but could never watch the episodes due to an utterly irrational dislike or Robson Green - probably a hangover from his 'pop' "career"!

This feeling evaporated as suddenly as it arrived, and Ihave watched and enjoyed all the epispodes.

I especially admire his really really good wig.
I looooove WITB!

The only problem is that I record it on my fancy-pants freeview plus box thing, and ITV3 seems to have a bit of an issue with timing as I seem to miss the last minute off the bloody programme!

I have it set to record an extra 2 minutes at the beginning and end of every recording, but it doesn't seem to be enough for ITV3!

I just watched a two parter, and the last thing I saw was Tony Hill getting hauled out of a bath after a pyscho tried to drown him!! I'm assuming he lived...

I do agree, nanny, there are some great British dramas on ITV3.

Andy I am with you there I had a thing about him being a twit too ,but I like witb and the other old detective series that's on now too.

Just shows how we can change our minds ....still I don't think I will ever find Jim Carey funny though.
