Still determined to find it and hoping someone might vaguely remember it. It was a cinema advert in the UK, around 2000 - 2008 or so, advertising a sportswear company (JJB Sports, EA Sports, JD Sports etc.) and I only remember seeing it once at the cinema and suspect it was probably banned soon after. It had a Doctor explaining to the 'youth of today' how to live a long healthy life, and was inter-cut with young people doing the opposite (smoking, junk food etc.). The ending was something like '...you can live until you're 100', then showed a group of miserable elderly people in a nursing home and a voice saying 'Yeah, whatever' or something like that.

Any ideas or memories anyone?

There is a website that is handy for looking up ads.

Can't remember if its

visit4infor or visit4ads - type either into google and you'll get the right site

Cheers Tuvok but no luck on Visit4ads either :( I'm fairly certain it was JD Sports, and only remember ever seeing it the once and guess it may have been rated, or one of those cinema ads which is rated depending on the film
have you tried contacting JD Sports marketing team?
BTW

EA Sports is a games software brand, not a sporting goods company

:-)

Thanks each - not sure if it was JD or JJB Sports, but probably not EA Sports then. It had the same kind of style as the old Barcardi Breezer adverts, and may have contained teddy bears in different sexual positions (a bit like the cover from the movie 'Rules of Attraction'). Frustrating as it is, not sure I'd have the nerve to contact any companies as I'm pretty sure it would have been banned soon after! LOL
