sir.prize – Since, as you are fond of pointing out, this is a question and answer site and anyone can ask anything then please answer the following question which I posed to you in a thread a fortnight ago but which you never answered.
Suppose that you personally (as someone who says he does quizzes) have chosen to buy a quiz where the quiz setter says ‘no asking for help on the internet’ then in those circumstances do you, or do you not, think it’s reasonable to ignore that request and ask nevertheless (on this site or any other)? And if you do think it’s OK to ask, can you please explain why you think it’s reasonable to do so given that it was your choice to buy the quiz in the first place and if you didn’t like the ‘rules’ you didn’t have to buy it.
And please don’t quote anything written by the AB editor in your answer since that’s irrelevant to the question I’ve asked you. Answerbank just gives anyone the means by which they can choose to ignore the quizsetter’s request in such circumstances but is not the only website that could be used.
