I have just gotten round to reading last weeks Speedway Star. There was an article printed about Ricky and I would love to let you all know he is still at a serious stage and is only on the tip of the iceberg on his road to recovery but he is more awake than before and he can signal using his hand.

It means a lot that you have been helping keep my spirits up but this has made me very happy and I wanted to share it with you and say thank you! It's still early days but every step matters!
