I suspect he may be some sort of nut, which probably has more to do with it.

Not sure I'd be too comfortable with someone in that sort of uniform in a supermarket given what happened recently in Africa.

Probably some undergrad on his way to a Prince Harry look-alike party. At least he kept his clothes on.


Either that or he was road testing the uniform to see what reaction he got in ASDA, before trying it on Remembrance Sunday. Should have tried Waitrose in Trumpington. We are used to odd people in there !
